Minimum Order Amounts:
We require a minimum purchase of $25, before shipping and applicable taxes, for each order.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal at this time.
Sales tax is only charged to Florida residents. If you have a Florida State Resale Certificate, please email a copy to Sales@TheRhinestoneTransfers.com and we will create a tax exempt account for you.
We believe in delivering your order to you as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price. Since we manufacture each rhinestone transfer when an order is received, orders typically take 1 - 4 business days to process (bulk orders may take longer). Transit times depend on the shipping method of your choice. You have the option of choosing either the US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS/FedEx as the shipping carrier for your orders. UPS/FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any delays or losses by the shipping carrier. Shipping rates vary based on the amount of your order and will automatically be added to your order total.

*Choosing "UPS/FedEx 2nd Day" will not impact the time it takes for us to process/manufacture your order. It will only shorten the time it takes for UPS/FedEx to deliver your order once they have received it from us.

Risk of Loss:
Risk of loss and title for all orders pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. During the checkout process, we offer different methods of shipping including options with insurance. Please understand we have no control over shipping carriers, therefore we cannot be responsible for any delays or losses by the shipping carrier. An email with tracking information will be mailed to you as soon as your package is handed over to the shipping carrier you selected. If you do not receive this information, please send us an email and we will reply with the tracking information. Please follow up directly with the appropriate shipping carrier to get detailed status of the delivery of your package.
If for any reason, a package is undeliverable by the shipping carrier, it will be considered abandoned. If the package is returned to us, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you for a revised shipping address. If we cannot reach you, we will refund you 85% of the cost of the items (excluding the cost of any custom items, the initial cost of shipping, and any associated fees we were assessed to have the items returned to us). A 15% restocking fee will be retained. If we do receive a revised shipping address from you, we will then reship to the revised address after receiving payment for the additional cost of reshipping. If the package is NOT returned to us, you will be responsible for all charges related to the abandoned package including the cost of the merchandise.
We encourage our customers to double check their orders before placing/confirming them. We are a manufacturing company and manufacture each product to order. If an order needs to be cancelled, 85% of the total charge for NON-CUSTOM merchandise, plus any shipping and tax amounts will be refunded. A restocking fee of 15% will be retained. Custom merchandise is non-refundable. Any orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Back Orders and Discontinued Items:
We are never out of stock of any of our rhinestone transfers since we manufacture them ourselves. However, there may be rare times when we run out of the materials needed to manufacture the transfers, such as a specific color of rhinestones. Also, there may be times when a product that we do not manufacture ourselves becomes out of stock or even discontinued, such as apparel. We will make every reasonable effort to contact you if this occurs. Unless your item is discontinued, we will place it on back order. You also have the option to substitute another item of equal or lesser value or receive a full refund.
Order Errors and Defective Merchandise:
TheRhinestoneTransfers.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. All orders are inspected several times prior to shipment to guarantee that the order meets our high quality control standards. Should you notice any errors or defects with the items in your order, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. We reserve the right to rectify the error within a reasonable time frame.
We provide detailed application instructions. The responsibility for the application of our transfers and decals lies with you, the customer. We will not be liable for any issues that may arise during and after the application process for any transfers, apparel and decals.
Custom products are manufactured to order and therefore are not eligible for refunds. Please do not return any custom products as you will not be given a refund.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Once you have this number, simply return the unused item(s) (excluding custom products) in the original condition within 14 days of receipt and you will be refunded 85% of the cost, excluding the initial shipping charge. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. A restocking fee of 15% will be retained. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Please be sure to include your Return Authorization Number and name on the outside of your return.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. We cannot provide any refunds if we do not receive the actual items being returned.
We do not provide exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product with another product, please return it to receive your refund before placing another order for the replacement product.

Product descriptions and representations on therhinestonetransfers.com are as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions are complete or free from errors.
Please be aware that the colors you see on your computer screen may not accurately reflect the actual colors in the product due to varying display qualities and settings.

We will not be held liable for typographical errors related to pricing and reserve the right to inform you of the corrected information prior to processing your order.
We offer volume discounts. Volume discounts apply only to orders of the same pattern and same color. Volume discounts do not apply to mix and match patterns and/or colors. The following table shows our volume discount policy:

Lead Content Disclaimer:
According to CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) guidelines, the lead content levels in these Rhinestones and Rhinestuds do not make them suitable for use on children's garments.
Licensed, Trademarked or Patented Designs:
In ordering rhinestone merchandise, you the customer, in consideration and recognition of the valuable services provided you by TheRhinestoneTransfers.com, represent that all materials used in making the product will not cause the violation of any law, rule, judicial decision, regulation, franchise or similar agreements, informal or formal, oral or written relating to trademarks, ordinance, or copyrights service marks, etc. A customer also represents that by commissioning the seller to produce the item, they have the full authority to purchase and to grant the rights to the seller to fabricate, manufacture, and to sell any design or product that is created. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from and against any infringement actions, fees, fines, penalties, losses, damages or assessments including attorney fees that are incurred by the seller to produce and sell any design or product that is created. We reserve the right to refuse production of any design we deem questionable or distasteful.
